It seems like we've been busy this summer but whenever Mae and Will get the chance, they are outside swimming. Our poor grass was a swamp all last week from too much water. But I love it because i get to sit outside and they love it because they can eat and swim at the same time.

We had a wonderful weekend with the family. We were SO CLOSE to having the entire Cask Family together, but someone had to go out of town to a family reunion that they had been planning for years... sheesh... whatever. Ardena and Lincoln came for the weekend from San Fran. They visited Lincoln's fam in Minnesota and drove here! We felt so lucky to have them here with us! They were missing the mountains, so we went to Big Cottonwood canyon for tin foil dinners, s'mores and lots of other treats. We hiked around Silver Lake. I love that hike. It is the perfect little stroll without getting the kids too tired. And the scenery is beautiful. The men went on a much more difficult hike and we met back later for dinner. |

We had a fabulous weekend and were sad to see it end. Dena and Lincoln drove back home. We will miss them until we can see them again. I hope you all had a great weekend and celebration of Pioneer Day!

Your seriously like, the funnest mom in the world!!!!!
That looks so fun! You're family is the cutest. Silver Lake was one of our first dates. Way up in the trees you'll find our initials carved in a tree. But I'm not telling where.
I miss them already! cute picture!!
