Since my nephew Wikoli returned from his mission and his brother, Jacob is leaving for his next week, we wanted to fit in a reunion while most everyone could come.

There's this place called Duck Creek Village just east of Cedar City. We got a cabin that could fit all of us and stayed there for the Memorial weekend.

| Cookin' up some dinner |
Everyone arrived on Friday night.
We played games.
 |
| Some of us on the last leg of our hike. |
We laughed -- a lot.
 |
| Bryce Canyon |
We just enjoyed our time together.
 |
| Will |
It was truly one of my most favorite trips we've been on, like, since Maui.
 |
| Some of the crew on the hike |
We went to Bryce Canyon and did a 3 mile hike.
I was shocked and surprised at how well everyone did-- even the kids loved it!
 |
| Lincoln, Diane, Stephanie, Ardena and Zach at the campfire |
The weather was beautiful. We spent most of our time at the cabin.
 |
| Mae and Landon |
Roasting marshmallows, playing in the woods and doing the zip line.
 |
| On our hike |
We had ALL of our family there except for two people -- Thomas and Isaac who couldn't make it.

| Our kids didn't want their picture taken, haha! |

| We kind of celebrated our 11th anniversary since it fell on this weekend. |

 |
| Alesi & Mae hiking |
 |
| Zip line! |
 |
| Nick carved this for Mae-- so cute! |
 |
| All of us in order |
My sister Brenda said it best during our good news minute. She said that our time together this weekend was simply heaven on earth. I couldn't agree with her more. What a glorious thing it is to not only have a weekend together in a beautiful place, but to be free from many of our worldly cares and duties. When we are free from distraction we can truly focus on what is most important which, of course, is our family and our time here together.

LOVE this, Amy! You always take the best pictures! This for sure was one of the best trips. If it's not Duck Creek next time we should think about going back to Maui! (or Kauai! ha!)...
Great pictures!! Looked like you guys had a blast!
